Which of these superfoods do you not eat


avocados
blueberries
blackberries
raspberries
broccoli
salmon, mackerel, herring
almonds
pecans
walnuts
hazelnuts
greek yogurt
oatmeal
leafy greens like spinach
eggs
olive oil
beans

for me: avocado and spinach

I don't eat most of those. On rare occasions, I might eat eggs, almonds, pecans, walnuts or hazelnuts, but I never eat any of the others.

I like everything on the list, except herring.

Same here. The first and only time I ate Herring it was pickled and hoo boy was it gross!
Never again. I haven't eaten Mackerel but Salmon is really good.
The rest of that list is pretty good and tasty although Greek yogurt isn't in my regular rotation.

The only pecans I eat are in butter pecan ice cream!

The rest all turn up in my everyday diet, but FYI it hasn't made me thin.

I never eat beans.

It's actually easier for me to list the ones I do eat:

oatmeal - (daily)
leafy greens like spinach
eggs
olive oil

It's not like I would never NOT eat the other stuff on the list, but I very rarely do.

Smoked or grilled mackerel is so damn good! The canned stuff, not so much.
