Covid finally got me
First time - after 3 1/2 years - my husband and I tested positive yesterday. Glad I went to the grocery last week and stocked up on TP.

shareAhhh, that’s not nice. Hopefully, it’ll be a mild strain and you’ll just feel like it’s just a bit of a cold.
Plenty of fluids to keep hydrated - get well soon 😘
Feel better soon.
Signed, million man.
Get well soon.
shareHere's hoping it is a mild, short term case. Take care!

shareMy sympathies, I held out for three years before catching it! Horribly sick for two days this spring followed by a few days of wobbly recovery, just like everyone says, so I skipped one booster shot and just went with the antibodies (getting another booster soon).
And yes, we are in the upswing of a wave of infection, few ICU admissions and those mostly among those whose health is pre-compromised. But protect yourselves, long COVID is still a thing, and your best defense against it is still... HAND HYGIENE. Remember, most viral diseases are not transmitted by someone breathing or coughing on you, but by indirect contact - something you touch being contaminated with viruses by a cough or something. Clean your hands, before they can touch something you eat, drink, or scratch anything.
