Anyway, yes, this troll is particularly obnoxious and stupid, and I wish people wouldn't take his foolery seriously and actually debate with him. That's all these rat bastard trolls want, taking your time and attention and mental effort, so they can sit back and laugh at anyone who takes them seriously. IMHO the only thing to do with them is to refuse to take them seriously, and tell them so to their faces, or mock them instead of debating.

What if after the cop shot her, her foot slammed on the gas and was out of control and then killed some people in the parking lot? Would that still be cool?

Even if she did steal a million dollars, and evaded arrest, what is the point of a justice system if cops can just kill without discrimination?

I am not a cop, but wouldn't there have been plenty of other ways they could have arrested her without killing her?

Once she tried to run over the policeman, she made it clear that she had no regard for human life. She could very easily have survived the encounter by doing as she was told and getting out of the car.

People don't always so the smartest thing when they are scared. The car was barely moving and she was turning the wheel before the officer shot her. Let's be honest. American cops kind of have a reputation for shooting people when they get out if the car. There were so many other ways that this could have played out where no one was killed. I'm not saying that she was innocent, or that she was right not to get out the car. Not at all. But, there was no reason for her to be killed. The cop is lucky that no one else was hurt.

American cops only have such a reputation to those who aren't paying attention. Notice that nearly 100% of the policeman shooting criminal videos clearly show the criminal refusing to comply. This isn't to say the opposite never happens, but it's rare beyond belief. Had she turned the engine off and stepped out of the car, she'd still be alive.

Cops aren't judge, jury, and executioner. They arrest and let the courts figure the rest out. There was no need for the cop to shoot in this situation.

I believe there was. Actions have to have consequences, and that's why we have a police force to begin with. If you attempt to drive your vehicle over a policeman, you are voluntarily accepting the consequences, which include being shot. If she was willing to run a policeman down, she'd likely run over a child while escaping if the situation arose. The police did everyone a favor by erasing her from the planet.

You don't shoot someone in the head for not pulling over. The police know her identity. Put out a warrant and arrest her under safer circumstances. She's not an armed bank robber. She's just a petty shoplifter.

That being said, no one was shot and killed in that video.
