These must be Canadian because I don't remember these playing in the states. The PSA ad is very dark.

They are Canadian

Anyone remember DP bodytone fitness for life commercials from the 80s? These remind me of the ads during the Running Man movie with Arnold Schwartzenegger.

I know Smarites are not the same in the US, so I don't know if these commercials ever ran in another country, but I'm sure all the Canadians here have probably questioned if they should eat the red ones last. Here are a few of the commercials over the years.

Smarties in the states are sweet & tart sugar candies that came in a roll. These are like Canada's answer to M&Ms?

reply

I don't think we got M&M's here until the late 70s or early 80s.

We have candies like the US Smarties but they are called Rockets. I think they are even made by Smarties US.

I rode in a VW bus a couple of times, and I remember them being quite spacious. Also, I remember the Dustin Hoffman ad, too. My ex-husband owned a Monte Carlo at the time we me. We always called it "Monte."

I remember cars had more personality back in the day. It was so easy to tell one model from another and I could name almost all of them. Today? Not so much. Nowadays, too many cars look very much the same as any other. There's nothing distinctive about them, plus many have numbers in their name instead of things like LeBaron or Imperial. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You have achieved the video equivalent of TLDNR

Jacoby & Myers "motorcycle attornies… at law".

I miss these old 90s commercials; unable to find old commercial ads online.

Sadly, the face and co-owner of the firm was murdered in the mid-2000s.
