Remembering Christina Grimmie....

Just happened to think of her and the profound sadness of her tragic death still affects me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2xQurZJ9bs

reply

Never heard of her, but from what I read she was a genius

reply

I remember her. Her death kinda got overshadowed by a shooting at a nearby gay club shortly after. Obviously an extremely talented girl. RIP

reply

she was killed the night before.

Her brother took down the shooter, too bad he couldn't save her.

Signed, million man.

The video, "her story" is insightful, really sums it up. Occasionally, one comes along that really gets to me. Hers is one of those.

reply

Check out his channel. He has some good true crime stuff.

Signed, million man.

reply

I'm a true crime stuff fan and I will. I follow several on YouTube.

reply

May I suggest:

Mr Ballen
That Chapter
Disturban
Twisted Minds

Signed, million man.

reply

I will look into those. Just off the top of my head, Grizzly True Crime immediately comes to mind. Like Grimmie, she is very talented. When it comes to her presentations, she's very focused on details, accuracy and is well respected on YouTube, with a rapidly growing of followers.

reply

I'm always looking for more channels. Mr Ballen is the best. You might as well subscribe now and thank me later. Lol

Signed, million man.

reply

so senseless.

reply

Exactly the word that has been going through my mind.

reply

there's a video on youtube of her last minutes. i won't post it.

reply

I think I've seen it, the image of her so happy and vibrant, signing autographs at that little table.

reply

that's the one. everyone is laughing and having a good time and then you hear........

reply

She had her arms outstretched in a welcoming gesture to the shooter.

reply

I had no idea who she was, but after you posted this I read the entire story. So sad, I wish the US would get rid of guns.

reply

The performance that wowed both the judges and the audience that night https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLM4PEFJOeU

reply

Wow...Thats really close to Mileys version.

reply

Check out the movie Matchbreaker as she is one of the stars. It's pretty good plus it was filmed in Kansas City my hometown.

reply

I will. I'm a Kansas resident also.

reply

It's free to watch on Tubi and Vudu. If you look in the credits at the end it's dedicated to her as well.

reply

Cool, will take a look. I have tubi. It's a favorite movie channel.
