What are your thoughts on Adam Sandler?

He's alright. I remember his 90s comedy movies like "Billy Madison" and "Happy Gilmore". A solid Jewish comedian.

I’ve enjoyed several of his movies, particularly Happy Gilmore.
I’ve heard many comedians praise him as being a cool guy who produces lots of roles for them.

I really love 3 of his movies: "The Wedding Singer," "Happy Gilmore" (of course! 😃), and "The Waterboy." I've seen " Mr. Deeds"...I thought it was OK, but not as good as the other movies I've seen. I've never seen "Punch Drunk Love" that Kowalski mentioned and I would like to see him in that one day (I remember reading his "rave reviews" for that performance).

I think he's talented and he does seem like a good guy in real life. One thing about his movies, though...I've been more impressed by some of the other actors/actresses and their characters than I have been Sandler's. Like "Happy Gilmore," for example...I think Sandler is good as Happy, but I think Christopher McDonald, Richard Kiel (RIP), and Julie Bowen really make the movie so great, IMO. His movies seem to be well-casted and well-directed. I really haven't followed anything that he's done in the past 10-15 years, though.

He got paid for making out with Drew Barrymore a bunch of times. That is success in any language!

He was great in Punch Drunk Love. He played pent up rage really well.

I actually like him more in other peoples movies. I don't think all that much of stuff like the Waterboy.

I liked him in the Wedding Singer

Can barely remember anything else he's been in

they gave him the mark twain comedy award.

His comedies are my guilty pleasure.

Generally found him baseline irritating, but his last film where he played a basketball scout was really good. A limited actor who sometimes hits it pretty solidly. His comedy.. nah.
