shareTrue, but you live in Louisiana, if I remember correctly. 😜 I've seen a few guys wearing shorts around here (Minnesota) this winter. They probably think they look macho, but I think they look stupid. They'll be sorry if they end up in a snow-filled ditch, dressed in shorts, digging themselves out. I'm sure I'll see a few more in the coming days because we're heading to the 40s℉ over the next few days.

Okay, I was taking a walk in a San Francisco beauty spot last week, and I'm wearing a parka because the sun's getting low and the temp's dropping like a stone. So who comes along but this wannabe "influencer" woman, wearing tiny shorts, high spike heels, and a little tank top, having her picture taken by a boyfriend? Yeah, she was all over goosebumps and she was standing in mud in her expensive little high-heeled sandals, I can't imagine how much photoshop it'd take someone who looked like a complete idiot in real life look glam in a photo.
My adult grandson wears them all the time. I think he's crazy.
