I like the Francis Ford Coppola version of Dracula. Amazing visuals and atmosphere.

This is a really tough question. Currently I would be tempted to choose a vampire film by Jean Rollin or Jess Franco, but for an all time favorite two really stand out for me. Martin (1976) or Let the Right One In (2008) would be in my top spots.

Also, Let’s Scare Jessica to Death (1971) is one that comes to mind.
