"Why did ANY of you assholes on IMDb think that signatures were a good idea? I’ve not seen a single one that was not pretentious."
Germany, Berlin specifically.
shareThe city architecture, general tidiness and bucolic countryside sure are very tempting. I bet it’s just gorgeous over there.
shareI once lived just a few blocks from this. https://www.atlasobscura.com/places/duerkheim-giant-vessel A quaint German town; it was magical at Christmastime.
shareIt looks really cute (and I love me some castles), but I'm a city girl at heart. I just need that urban hustle and bustle.
shareYou might enjoy this city then. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Tourism-g187290-Mannheim_Baden_Wurttemberg-Vacations.html We lived here while awaiting government housing at the nearby military base. I actually used to catch my military school bus early in the mornings near that historic old water tower in the picture. Heidelberg was only a half an hour's drive away. We went there often because the folks loved the huge commissary and PX located at the base there. I toured the Heidelberg castle and palace several times. https://www.schloss-heidelberg.de/en/
shareHeidelberg is really pretty. Mannheim is definitely one of those places I'd like to visit some day, just like Stuttgart. I've never even been to München, can you believe that?!
shareI would probably never live in the USA for no other reason than health issues, and the cost of that.
I've spent a lot of time in the UK and Germany, so I would probably pick Italy. None of these would be a first choice though.
The US is a great place to live if you are rich. And you can ignore the messed up situation around you.
shareThink I'll stay in the US. Either in the South or somewhere between here and California. I'd consider Arizona, New Mexico or Nevada. I like South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana but not their winters. The whole left coast might as well be the CCP.
The only foreign country that tempts me is Italy. Maybe Czechoslovakia.
France, UK, Germany, nice places to visit but no way in hell would I live there.
Oh Britain’s not so bad.
shareI wouldn't mind trying out Italy.
France is nice. Spain looks very beautiful.
Being an American, America is huge. If you cannot find somewhere in America you just aren't trying.
I think if I moved out of the US I'd want to go somewhere tropical, like Mexico, Central or South America, or Southeast Asia, Vietnam, Thailand.
Why the limited choice?
Closest for me would be France, but I have another country not on the list.
