No, it’s not wrong for any adult of any age to date a 17 year old.
Why would you want to date a 17 year old? They are boring and have no personality, they whine about everything and think they know everything,

When I was 28 I went on a few dates with an 18 year old and it was weird.

shareI had no idea she was that much. younger than him. I guess it is Ok, technically he is still in college , and the age gap is small. On the other hand, I once met a couple while waiting on the bus, she was 22, and he was 18. They looked happy together. In my early 20's, I am not sure I would have dated a HS grad, but to each their own
