Name a movie commentary you've listened to the whole way through.
Home Alone- The commentary track with Chris Columbus and Macualy Culkin is the only way I watch the movie every year.

Only one I can think of, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and it was a hoot.
shareNever listen to movie commentaries, only TV show ones because the commentary is per episode, so they're quicker. Love the Smallville ones
shareThe "Lord of the Rings" extended special edition had three or four different commentary tracks, and I listened to them all! They really are mental comfort food, the making of those movies seems to have been a blast for everyone involved, and listening to the tracks made me feel happy by association.
I actually listened to a lot of commentary tracks before I gave up on DVDs (because I've never had a DVD player that didn't turn into a nightmare). I like them, I like hearing people who make movies open up and talk about their work.
I've listened to all of the LOTR commentaries as well.
shareI rarely listen to commentaries but the Lord of the Rings Trilogy is definitely one I remember listening to.
shareTHOUSANDS...WHEN DVD CAME OUT I HAD SET RULES FOR PURCHASES...I HAD TO HAVE SEEN THE MOVIE ALREADY AND I HAD TO HAVE LIKED IT...ONCE I BOUGHT THE DVD I HAD TO WATCH THE FILM AND ALL THE SPECIAL FEATURES AND COMMENTARIES BEFORE IT COULD BE PUT ON MY SHELVES...I FOLLOWED THOSE RULES FOR A SOLID DECADE...MAYBE MORE.
