Name a movie commentary you've listened to the whole way through.

Home Alone- The commentary track with Chris Columbus and Macualy Culkin is the only way I watch the movie every year.

Many. Some that I remember:

Titanic
The Usual Suspects
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
The Exorcist
A Beautiful Mind
Fight Club
Boogie Nights
American Beauty
Rocky
Snatch
Say Anything...
Spider-Man

reply

Both of the commentaries for Boogie Nights are great but haven't listened to them the whole way through.

reply

I only heard the PTA one.

reply

The Bluray also has a drunk commentary track with PTA and the cast. It was recorded during the laserdisc days.

reply

The Usual Suspects commentary was definitely interesting.

reply

Only one I can think of, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and it was a hoot.

reply

Never listen to movie commentaries, only TV show ones because the commentary is per episode, so they're quicker. Love the Smallville ones

reply

The "Lord of the Rings" extended special edition had three or four different commentary tracks, and I listened to them all! They really are mental comfort food, the making of those movies seems to have been a blast for everyone involved, and listening to the tracks made me feel happy by association.

I actually listened to a lot of commentary tracks before I gave up on DVDs (because I've never had a DVD player that didn't turn into a nightmare). I like them, I like hearing people who make movies open up and talk about their work.

reply

I've listened to all of the LOTR commentaries as well.

reply

I rarely listen to commentaries but the Lord of the Rings Trilogy is definitely one I remember listening to.
