I like both quite a lot but almost never wear cologne. Irish Spring is a great bar soap although various body washes and one of those ‘scunchy’ net thingies is a great way to wash up too.

mice season is upon us here with the weather cooling down.

Years ago I launched the ‘Great Glue Trap War’ which cleared the whole area of vermin…I ltrapped spiders, a snake and a bat in the home and garage.
The bat was especially surprising, it must have flown down a chimney and gotten totally lost. How the bell it wound up crawling onto a glue trap by the baseboards is hard to understand.

I was in my basement the on monday and I noticed something hanging off of one of the curtains. It was a dead bat. I'm not going to lie, I did freak just a little. The worst thing was it's claws were stuck to through the curtain and I had to whack it with a foam stick several times to get it off. Think it may have come in through the chimney? My partner checked it when he came home yesterday and didn't see any others up there, but that was really weird.
shareYeah, the bat probably came down the chimney in both of our cases. After using the fireplaces I’ll leave the flues open overnight to get any smoke out so that’s probably what happened. I had a flying squirrel and a grey squirrel ‘come visit’ as well. Greys can really mess up your woodwork! He’s lucky I didn’t smack him with a broom for what he did to my window ledge.

Old Spice brand comes in many flavors these days. The original scent is ok, not my favorite. Citron was my fave, but it is discontinued.
