I couldn't watch the same movie once a day for a week let alone a month !

Now's the time to start.

Rush
Bohemian Rhapsody
Avengers
IronMan
Thor
Erin Brockovitch
The greatest showman
My best Friends wedding
Pretty woman.

Julia Roberts golden age as a movie star had some great rewatchable films.

Now there are 3 comedies that I burned the jokes for me because of how much I watched them those are : legally blonde, Monster in law and bedazzled ( the remake with Brendan Fraser )

reply

Some good comfort watches there. I'd say My Best Friend's Wedding is the most rewatchable of the Julia Roberts canon.

A good trifecta of Marvel hits as well. If I had to pick one, maybe Iron Man.

As for biopics, it's gotta be The Greatest Showman.

reply

Thanks, and funny you noticed a pattern in my choices that I didn’t before.

First lots of uplifting biopics which is not a an often take Hollywood does when it comes to biopics. They usually go with heavier stuff but at the end uplifting spirt biopics are well appreciated well at least I do love those very much.

2) three Marvel phase 1 films
With Marvel phase 1 is definitely the most re watchable especially the three I did mention. Avengers 1 while a little slow in action it’s a really fun film with a smaller team.
I’m indecisive if I prefer IronMan or Avengers.

3 lots of Julia Roberts films

With Julia Roberts love all equally but I think I have a small preference for my best Friends wedding.

Fargo, Toy Story and Aliens I could do anytime of the year. Batman returns would have to be limited to the winter months.

Happy Gilmore
Speed
Scream

reply

Happy Gilmore seems like it would play best in March, April or May

Speed in June/July/August

Scream in September and October but NOT November for some reason I can't put my finger on.

even though I havent seen Just Friends , and barely remember Dazed,
the other three are all in my really short list of "great movies I go back to relatively frequently"
