Where do the grown-ups hang out?
Anybody know of a decent message board site where one can discuss films and actors with adults?

Not as much traffic as here, but on the plus side it doesn’t have a politics forum.

Here's a well written, well thought out, lengthy, articulate , and on topic post about why this viewer didnt enjoy the Grapes of Wrath,
and you respond with I just have to ask: what possessed you to watch a grown-up film like this one in the first place?
And therein lies the problem. Thank you. A post like that one is, to the apparent standards of this site, considered "Well written, well thought out, lengthy [is that an advantage], articulate [really?], and on topic."
Thanks. I'm definitely in the wrong place.
It’s been…..emotional.

shareThis realization comes to you after 302 posts? Maybe you need another 1000 posts to figure out how to leave.
Do me a favor: Fold a few ketchup packets in half and put them under the two half-dome nubs under your toilet seat right before you sit down.
But yet, you've been coming back again and again for the last 5 years. And will continue to.
shareWhat's a grown-up?
sharewhere do grown ups hang out? where ever they want. because they are adults, and can handle it. if it is not interesting, they leave. life is simple.
shareI see some of you are taking my question very personally. I didn't mean to offend. Yes, I've been coming here for a while, but I've noticed there's a decided difference in the tone and maturity level of the posts over the course of the past year or so. And it's not getting any better. I wondered if there was a better place and some of you have been kind enough to offer some suggestions, which I intend to check out.
I'll leave here when I'm ready.
Actually, I'm ready.
Ciao.
