FACT: Declawing cats is cruel.
Prove me wrong.
shareI know that most vets wouldn't do it here, but I think there was actual legislation put in place in the last year of so to make it illegal.

The same could be said of having them neutered/spade...but there's a reason they do it.
shareI’m not sure I agree that desexing an animal is the same as mutilating it and removing it’s defence system for no good reason other than you don’t want your furniture ruined.
If the argument is that you’re concerned about your cat scratching children, declawing it will only make it more prone to biting if it’s so inclined.
