I vote "twinkle twinkle little star"!!

there are many annoying ones but that one is just too recognizable.

Wheels on the bus is annoying.

But I like Jack & Jill

Jack & Jill went up the hill to have a little fun, stupid Jill forget a pill and now they have a son.

I'm sure that's the right lyrics.

Ring Around the Rosies seems like a pretty dark childrens song. Lots of theories on what its actually about.
