My girlfriend has a MUCH older friend

So we are both 20, yet her bestie is 29, turning 30 next month.

I'm not digging this age gap.

They go to music festivals together and her friend tries to pass herself off as a young girl.

It's kinda sad. She should be trying to find a husband instead of trying to bask in my girlfriend's youth.

I really want to tell her "don't be that 30 year old hoping to fool people that you're young". That's just pathetic!

But . . . But, you look like a young Antonio Banderas and you have gay men offering you $300 to have their way with you and you are 20 years old and an aspiring actor who thinks that cleaning up trash on a theme park will open the way to a movie career and you have at least 2 sock puppets here who write and (allegedly) think exactly as you do, and you wonder why your “girlfriend” prefers the company of pussy?

I’m being harsh. I understand that you wonder about a lot of things. You are not bright.

And you will be back instantly to dispute me, because that is what stupid posters do. They respond INSTANTLY to the slightest insult, whether real or perceived, absent pausing 1 jot to think, because they cannot. I don’t mean “cannot pause.” I mean “cannot think.”

Have a fictional threesome, then write a fictional post about it.

reply

Then we could all pretend to have read the pretend story…Solid plan👍

reply

Will it involve mind controlled crows?

reply

Of course, we’ll all pretend that talking crows planned 9/11 and they all became gay 20 year old actors with cheating boyfriends in LA…

Quite a movie script🙄

reply

It’s certainly different.

reply

Don't see why it would even matter to you.

AND TO THINK...I HAVE BEEN CUTTING YOU SOME SLACK BECAUSE TCRUM TOLD ME YOU WERE TRYING.😐

reply

Now you know how Charlie Brown feels when he goes to kick the ball.

reply

She should be trying to find a husband? Not if she doesn't want a husband. Women can, and do, willingly make it on their own. This goes for men who don't want wives, as well.

reply

Oh, never mind. I just read the responses to your post and what you wrote all makes sense.

reply

10 years is not way older. Try at least 15.
And they are friends. Don't you have older friends?

reply

No, that would be weird.

reply

All his friends are fictional.

reply

But isn't this relationship mutually gratifying? Just like the older woman gets to enjoy events aimed at younger audiences without feeling weird, the younger one gets to enjoy something only an older woman can offer (wisdom, confidence, access to certain things like alcohol, etc.). Which is just called friendship anyway.

Maybe they offer each other a different perspective, or maybe they're totally mismatched as friends - but either way, if your girlfriend has no issue with her friend's age, which means it's not an issue, what's the problem?

Either way, no woman is obligated to look for a husband, regardless of age.
