I wonder if the girlfriend had to formally ask his parents for permission to woo him and then show up with a single red rose before taking him to the dance where he was the talk of all the socialites in his taffeta and silk gown?
Probably the decision to create at least four increasingly stupid, fake and boring sock accounts to troll this board over the last four years.
Maybe it will make the decision to go away one of these years…or maybe decide to start an actual life at some point and start acting like an actual person you might meet in real life…fingers crossed, but not much of a likelihood.
Yeah, I've alluded to that in other posts, even using "into the night" in one of my replies, but it's gone largely ignored (unsurprisingly).
I just hope that, over time, the topics posted by the OP will make more sense. Because, if you dump someone and they still want to sleep with you, you can probably get back together, right? So then where's the mistake? I genuinely am not sure what the lesson is. At the very least, I hope for that much.
Is your prostitution knowledge taken solely from Pretty Woman? This isn't 1990. Prostitutes can look like any other person on the street and not on the street.
You again, with your arrogant, presumptuous judgement passing. I actually have much more real knowledge of them compared to you since they were regular customers of mine (even befriended some) when I drove a taxi on the graveyard shift years ago. Granted, I did present a stereotype here we've often seen in films but your analogy to Pretty Woman is just lame.
My analogy is spot on and you know it. But thank you for calling me lame, lame in your eyes means gold in the eyes of most others. Also, you presented a stereotype even while being in possession of "real knowledge" and I'm the lame one for simply pointing out it was a stereotype? Not to mention arrogant, presumptuous, judgement passing, blah blah. Compliment me more, why don't you.
I said your analogy was lame. Touchy and defensive much? There's nothing spot on about presuming that I had a sanitized, rom-com version of a prostitute in mind when posting that. Just the opposite, in fact. And where is it written that I can't use a stereotype we see in movies, in a movie discussion forum, in order to create a certain image in the mind of a reader, and to make a point? In addition to a reading comprehension problem, you have a distorted sense of logic. If you don't like my responses to you, then stop coming at me from out of left field with your uppity bs.
Hahahaha. You take things too seriously, dude. I was saying your description of a prostitute is dated, not that it's sanitized. But you're the one constantly coming at people out of left field with nonsense, so take your own advice.
