Are Spaniards considered "white"?
Mixed opinions it seems from the net.

It's only really Americans or diehard Nordicists who debate them being 'white'.
Americans associate the Spanish with Hispanics. The vast majority of Hispanic peoples in the Americas are heavily mixed with Native American and in some cases sub-saharan African.
The ones here in Europe don't have those admixtures. Some of them will have a bit of overlap with North Africans (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia) but these are only a minority of the population. Most of the ones whom are visibly 'non-white' are relatively recent migrants.
