Pretty mainstream hard rock. No glam or proto-punk influences and that's a bad sign for the early 1970's. I don't care for the vocalist. Pretty average song but with some extra energy. 5/10

If you hear the entire album, this one seems out of place because of how much heavier it is compared to the other songs. I've always felt that they decided to record a heavy song where they could go crazy and just make stuff up as they went along.

I like heavy that's not the problem. It just sounded like noise. I noticed they were described as being jazz so that would explain why they decided to "free form".

Started off OK but then got busy with the bulk of the song: soloing. Felt like switching in between two different songs.

Two different songs? I never really got that. I feel like it's one loud song that wasn't really orchestrated any way and was performed off the cuff.

I like lots of chaotic music and even rambling solos. But this one sounded like the guy listens to his own solo practices on cassette too much. They are just there. Other than that, I give them credit. Pretty chunky for that time.
