shareIt was a compliment. It is so difficult to get grits up here. I had a friend who used to own a creole restaurant, and her food was amazing. She had so many issues importing good grits. She ending up closing the place and moving back south. I really miss her southern cooking.
shareI do wonder why grits is mainly consumed in the southern USA. Shrimp and grits is another combination I like a lot.
