should i cut on the pancakes?


i eat a lot of pancakes for my breakfast , usually with crispy bacon and maple syrup or blackberry jam and whipped cream and i gulp them down with a bucket of hot black coffee , for lunch i just only eat 2-3 BLT's or a very large pizza usually , the problem is i can't eat that much for dinner recently , for example when i'm having burgers now , i can only eat 3 cheeseburgers when i used to eat more than that , so should i cut on the pancakes?

Yeah cut out the pancakes. Have a green juice for breakfast instead - juice some baby spinach, cucumber, half a lemon, green apple and some mint leaves. It’s like putting high octane gas in your system.

Is it a problem though? It's probably a good thing you don't need that much food later in the day, since you're eating a sufficient amount earlier on. Just keep on having less for dinner so long as you don't actually feel hungry.

For now, try eating fewer pancakes and 2 cheeseburgers for lunch instead of 3.

That's a hell of a lot of calories there, and if your body's trying to tell you to cut back a bit, well, it's always a good idea to listen to your body.
