Mad Men I got bored with after a couple of seasons and gave up watching it and while I usually like Agatha Christie's works, I never could get into Poirot.

shareI have Netflix and while I do like the weird and crazy stuff mostly, I have gone off ultra-violent things over the last few years. Still open to suggestions if you had something in particular that sounded ok in mind though.

F&G - good suggestion. I have not rewatched that one yet and it's been many years since I saw it.
Already watched the LOTR movies several times.
The "LOTR" extended edition box sets are my favorite of all time! Because I don't just love the movies themselves, the behind-the-scenes documentaries are cinematic comfort food as well.
But then, I went into the thing a Tolkien Geek, and the whole thing was literally made for people like me. It's like a gift from the universe.
