Reno formed a new soccer team to play in downtown Reno, where the minor league baseball team The Reno Aces play. 2017 was the inaugural season. A baseball stadium proved not a suitable place, I thought the seating awful for soccer. The team did not survive the economic hardships of the pandemic and disbanded.

shareIt is not the most powerful league in Europe but still interesting ( if you are able to ignore that Bayer München wins every year). There are not a lot of " worldwide stars " as in England, Spain, Italy or one club in France (Paris SG) but for the same reason a reasonable good amount of German talents have an opportunity to play with the result that Germany has already won four times the World Cup.
