I'm talking about those with not just an amazing theme music but also very well done visuals & title cards. Ones that you actually sit through without skipping. You just let it play even if it's a little long. Here are some of my faves

Westworld is fascinating - it seems to draw me into the visuals.
Hawaii Five -0 - loved the music and the shots of Hawaii
Star Trek - the original TV series
Game of Thrones
Green Acres - Great opening shots - You are my wife - goodby city life!
