I'm really tired of the I can't kill its wrong movie. Examples....
Most recently I watched Turbulence, when she lets a known serial killer take the gun from her, rather than shoot him.

shareshow no mercy
shareWrong Turn 4 has that type of scene. Still a good movie, and one of my favorites of the series.
shareIt's really annoying when The Final Girl dusts the creep/slasher guy and drops the knife or pistol and wanders off...you just know that dude is not dead
share^
This is what I was just typing. So annoying.
SO annoying, there are dozens of examples...My Lady and I have a long standing agreement
Lord Forbid we have a home invasion the bastard is getting hauled out under a cloth and we are calling the lawyer
Yep. I've been watching so many horror movies lately and I'm just like...cut off his head!!!
It happens occasionally in action movies as well.
I guess they think that we need that final jump scare, but it's so predictable it's not scary.
You bet - I'd rather take my chances with the law than with some nut job.
Also, I've never understood why a person who is in a car gets out just because someone points a gun at them or if someone is abducted and they are the driver, why they don't crash into something.
Exactly. At least keep the weapon with you. 😄

What an acting showcase lol
I need to rewatch this show again sometime👍
Yep! Stupidity at its finest.
At least incapacitate them, don’t need to actively kill them.

Clemenza was the best😄
All business but a little human side of him always peeked through in every scene
Well, if she shot an unarmed man, despite his long criminal record, she'd probably have been arrested and sentenced to life in prison for depriving that innocent serial killer of his life. I think it's pretty realistic if you ask me.
shareAs flawed as "Turbulence" (1997) is, I actually even 20 years ago when I first saw the movie in 2000, thought that it was somewhat realistic and that she is a vulnerable human being for whom to take the life of another one, even if he is a guilty psychotic serial killer, is rather difficult and requires more adequate mental preparation.
