What types of clothing do you wear?
At home, just shorts, that's it.
In public, just a casual shirt and pants (sleeves and coat dependent on the weather.)

Cooler months: long-sleeved sport shirt and jeans or chinos/khakis
Warmer months: solid color t-shirt and shorts
I only have Brooks Brothers long-sleeved no-iron sport shirts. it is one of my few extravagances. (I only buy them on sale, though. https://www.brooksbrothers.com/mens/sport-shirts/0297,default,sc.html?lid=topnav-menu)
Most of the time I look sorta' like Hank Hill from 'King of the Hill', but with slightly longer hair and no glasses. Colored T-shirt, usually a pocket-T, tucked in jeans with a leather belt, work boots. This would be most daily life/leisure settings. I'll sub out a collared polo shirt or maybe a button-down "island" type shirt worn outside if decorum dictates or the mood strikes.
shareRock band T-Shirt, shorts, flip-flops, Teardrop Aviator Ray-Bans.

In my younger days I did a lot of air travel. It was my occupation, you might say. I had to dress accordingly. This was me back then: https://www.fbi.gov/image-repository/cooper-sketches.jpeg/@@images/image/high

cords in the winter. dockers in the summer.
Band or movie tee shirts with cap and aviators. Vans for shoes. I dress the same at work. 😄
shareCotton-based material. I don't like the feel of polyester or polyester/cotton blends.
My usual everyday clothing is casual: T-shirt (long- or short-sleeve depending upon the season; sometimes with graphics), jeans and athletic-type shoes. I do have a suit and tie for occasions such as weddings or funerals.
In some (cotton) cases this can have unintended consequences
