Any way to follow / track a movie's board?

Like if someone makes a new topic for the movie "Training Day," is there any way that I can get a auto-notification that a new topic was created for that film?

Does this site have that sort of feature? If not, any way that feature can be created?

I asked the same question a little while ago, but was told no, sadly. It was a feature I liked on IMDb.
