Loved his performance in Brubaker and in Homicide Life on the Street.

Man he was one bad villain in Truck Turner (1974).

I was 13 or 14 when it was released and I LOVED when Mr. Big pulls his face off. It was like what the masks on Mission: Impossible were supposed to be.

There’s a band named Yaphet Kotto. I think the lead singer was a serious fan. 😀
