At least 20 years in prison regardless of if it's a first offense. A few years ago, in my area of Southern Illinois there was a man who killed 2 people in a bank in Anna, Illinois. After it happened it came out that he had just served a year in prison for molesting a child. Seriously whichever judge made that decision should have been removed from office! If he gave the guy several years in prison that tragedy would not have happened! Seriously, a year for molesting a child! That is not justice!
