The year beside the name is the year of their last credit.

Cameron Diaz - 2014
Jack Nicholson - 2010
Meg Ryan - 2015, 2009 before that
Phoebe Cates - 2001
Jaye Davidson - 1994 (yes Andy, it's Stargate)
