I average hitting Twitter about once a week but sometimes I'll go a month without it.
Facebook basically gets a HELL NO from me.

i spend a lot of time doomscrolling on it. and occasionally mixing it up with people.
as bad as it can be, and it absolutely can be very bad sometimes, truly toxic....
it's absolutely a great resource. i learn things there all the time, & have had lots of very neat, fun interactions with people i admire.

shareNope. Twitter is a extreme left wing cesspool filled with hateful people saying there are for diversity and inclusion. If you dare disagree or challenge any of hese beliefs you are hit with a barage of hateful comments from the same people who say they are for inclusion and diversty.
Twitter is filled with puritans, censorship loving idiots and to be honest abslute vile people but it is ok as they follow the correct narrative which protects them.
to be fair to both sides, it's filled with insane nut-jobs from both extremes of the spectrum.
i will say that, the few times i've touched a live wire and brought the wrath of twitter down on me, it came from what i would broadly categorize as the woke left.
but i've had lots and lots of fights with kooky folks from the right, as well.
