I've never seen "Schindler's List". Is it any good?

I've seen it referenced in that "Seinfeld" episode.

Phenomenal

It was excellent. I went to see it by myself because I wasn't sure what my reaction would be and if I would be able to watch it all the way through. It was intense, but overall the story was uplifting.

I haven't seen it either. Never really felt in the mood to watch it.

reply

Yeah same. Watching really dark movies really brings me down and ruins my mood. Especially on a sensitive topic like the Holocaust.

The best movie I can think of that you don't want to watch again.

Amen. Another one is Requiem For A Dream.

Yeah that's heavy also.

Very.

Yes and yes. It's a must see film. Btw, I visited some of the shooting locations when I was in Poland.

Way too sentimental.

It's an excellent and important film, but it will destroy your soul.

I watched it once. Everyone should watch it once. But I can't bring myself to watch it again.

reply

It’s one of those films you should watch at least once, with great performances by Liam Neeson, Ben Kingsley and Ralph Fiennes.
