How is chick fil a so much better than any other fast food place?

Something tells me they aren’t using some high quality special chicken, that wouldn’t be cost effective. I think they just heavily treat it in buttermilk and eggs or something

reply

They probably have a pact with the Devil.

reply

Lol!!!

reply

I’ve never understood the big appeal for their food.

reply

Easy answer...It's not.

reply

Bullshit! Name a better fast food place

reply

Culver's

reply

For chicken alone, Raising Canes is much better then Chick.

And Popeyes Chicken Sandwich is superior to Chic's and it's not even close. Chick's sandwich is dry and lacks flavor.

But I will say Chick's grilled nuggets are good.

reply

Popeyes is garbage! You just destroyed your credibility when you ranked frozen chicken above fresh, canes is good but chick fil a is still way better

reply

Flavor flaver flavor. Popeyes sandwich trumps chick Fil a's easily.

What good is fresh if it's still bland and tasteless?

reply

Chick fil a is anything but bland, it is rich and buttery as hell. Also fresh is everything, way juicier it’s a night and day difference. Wendy’s spicy chicken used to be great, now it’s thin and dry. All other fast food chicken is dry and chewy frozen shit. Sprinkling some spice on it doesn’t hide that. Not sure how you can make this argument w a straight face.

reply

I won't spend all day arguing over something so trivial so I guess I'd say different strokes for different folks. I let my taste buds decide which one is better.

Popeyes is better.

reply

MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER BOTH PREFER THE POPEYES CHICKEN SANDWICH TOO...I DONT EAT CHICKEN,BUT EVERYONE I KNOW SAYS IT MAKES CHIC FIL A TASTE LIKE SHIT.🙂

reply

I agree with you there. I bought a chic fil a sandwich and a popeyes chicken sandwich (the stores are a couple blocks from each other) and ate them one after another. Popeye's was 10x better.

reply

Oh but didn't you hear moviebuff tell u fresh is always better? The flavor actually makes NO difference!

reply

Alright I’m gonna try the Popeyes sandwich again just for you Corey

reply

Haha it's cool man to each his own. It would be weird if everyone liked the same thing wouldn't it? Besides I prefer Canes waaaaay more than either Popeyes or Chick.

reply

Haha true, I still wanna try it again though. Yeah Cane’s is my go to pregame spot for the river.

reply

The spice on those chicken fingers mmmm. And the fries and bread. I love Cane's cause they do one thing and they do it well.

I always say u know a place is good if they are successful by doing just one thing. U know Canes fingers are good cause if they weren't they wouldn't be in business.

reply

Yeah for sure, it’s impressive how well they do with essentially just one menu item

reply

Divine Intervention?

reply

Have a blessed day.

reply

Do they actually say that? I’ve never eaten at one and now I don’t know if I want to.

reply

I haven't been to one in a minute, but the worst is when you say thank you, and they say you're blessed instead of you're welcome. Their chicken salad was just aight.

reply

Yeah, I don’t really need to have anyone blessing me when I’m just trying to get a chicken sandwich.

reply

I only like it when I sneeze.

reply

I completely agree. It’s polite and courteous.
If I’m just buying food, it’s a bit much.

reply

@ MovieBuff224
what do you usually get at Chick Fil A?

reply

Chicken sandwich or nuggets w lemonade.

reply

Why would you eat that when you could make coq au vin at home?

reply

Another one we don't have down here. Just looked at the menu looks standard, chicken is probably mixed with other things rather than getting a whole piece of it.

reply

Wouldn't know. We don't have them here, and I also avoid large chains as we have so many small, local places that are so much better.

reply

they have two here in toronto buy i haven't been near either to try.

reply

We have so many great independent places that even if we get one I doubt I'd try it. We have an awesome fusion place called Seoul Fried Chicken that is a mix of southern fried chicken and korean. Soooooooooo good. We have the usual chains other that Chick Fil A, and we did get Jollibee last year, but I still prefer the mom and pop places.
