Most overused/misused word lately?
I'm sick of hearing the word 'incredible' thrown around willy-nilly.
It also grinds my gears when people say 'nucular'.

Literally
Irregardless
For me it is a phrase..."It will be interesting to see"
I watch a good deal if CNBC and news. These shows often have commentators on who give some factors in play of a situation and always end with this line.
"It will be interesting to see if.." is used so much that I am starting to flinch evey time it is said.
It is a phrase that adds nothing. It should be understood by the viewer and left unsaid.
I've noticed lately when different people are being interviewed, they often seem to automatically respond, "That's a great question," before they continue. Feels like it's a trend and people are coached to say this, for whatever reason.

Amen, bro!

Yes, all of these.
I am irked by "I could care less" when it is supposed to be "I couldn't care less." It is the opposite meaning.
I'm also scandalized by the misuse of "dank."
Dank is one I haven't heard down here yet. In what sense do they use it?
I could care less is a weird one for the reasons you mention.
I live in California so I see billboards for marijuana dispensaries everywhere. For some reason, stoners chose "dank" as a slang for good sticky buds in the mid aughts. So there it is up in big letters advertising cannabis as dank. Dank means damp and musty. So it is like they are advertising soggy toast.
