State a movie as a 'pitch' and let us guess what movie it is
I'll start.

shareStraw Dogs?
shareAlso incorrect.
shareThe Pagemaster?
shareThis movie is unfamiliar to me. Upon looking it up, I can see why you chose it. Good guess but still incorrect.
shareIf you’re ever in charge of a gaggle of pre-schoolers that you want to bore, its the movie for you.
Anyway, give me time, I have plenty more wrong guesses where that came from.
Really? It would actually bore pre-schoolers? It's not my type of movie, that's why it didn't register.
Have at it. I'll be waiting for that "aha!" moment. I'm getting a measure of satisfaction from knowing that the only two submissions I've made here have been challenging and frustrating, yet they're from well known movies, lol.
It seems like a group got together and said, lets make a movie to convince kids that reading is fun. It’s a little preachy. In my small sample, the kids did not like it.
I know there’s a movie called the librarian, but for my next try, I’ll go with The Untouchables, where the bookkeeper is the one who brings down Al Capone.
I sort of expected The Librarian to be a guess but yes, it's also wrong.
The Untouchables is another good guess and it seems you're getting a bit warmer but still incorrect.
Watching this one on TV right now ...
"We'll start the movie with twenty minutes of prehistoric ape-men howling at each other. Then we'll have a story about a psychotic computer. We'll end it with a long, psychedelic visual display and a guy in a hotel room morphing into different versions of himself."
