Apples and oranges. They are 2 different genres and I admire them
both. Goodfellas is a superb mobster movie. Pulp Fiction is existential, not criminal. It has crimes in it, but the focus is Marcus Wallace’s soul. Also, it uses an episodic narrative form, while Goodfellas is much more straightforward narrative style. Both films are in my library.

I love the grittiness and realism of Goodfellas. I watch interviews and docs on organized crime, and they really nailed how they talk and act.

Both classics though. I actually have posters for both movies on the walls of my apartment.
