Any film using the shaky camera. The human eye does NOT make things shake like that while you are moving:

Cloverfield
Blair Witch Project
The Bourne Supremacy
Bourne Ultimatum
Quantum of Solace
Captain Phillips
The Hunger Games

I've always found shake cam in action movies to be a lazy way to make it look action packed.

Lots of horror movies, but the most prominent ones are:

Last House on the Left(70s) - Filthy, disgusting people in a filthy setting.
I Spit On Your Grave
Baskin
Possession (1981)
Possum
Bone Tomahawk

Films that often showcase bitter, cynical realism seem designed be visually offensive as well.
Hunger
Red Road
Fish Tank
Prisoners
