Its been 6 weeks now since I've had any type of soda or fast food.
And I feel great! The first week was hard with sugar cravings but I don't have that anymore. Lost 8 pounds so far (and counting) with no exercise (gyms are all closed). I've drastically reduced my sugar intake. The only liquid I drink is water. The only sugar I get are from natural sources (fruits, etc). I do have pre-diabetes and am determined not to become a type 2 diabetic.
It's amazing how rampant type 2 diabetes is.
