I had to look up the number killed in NYC on 9/11. It is 2753. Corona will pass that easily it seems.

By tomorrow. My parents live there. That's why I check the numbers every day. If one of them gets sick I have to go to NY to take care of the other. I don't want to go.

Its alright Intothenight it could be terrorism, the virus could have been created as a form of war fare. Either way I'm sure having the virus is not pleasant.
I understand the trauma.

We all experience trauma differently. It can only take a one similarity to trigger your memory of something traumatic in the past as we block these memories. Its traumatic grief. Both situations result in traumatic grief.

You have to unblock the memory, process and let go. You can do that right now with what is happening in the now and not let any of it affect you.
