two things today - my annual physical on march 24 was pushed back two months which is fine because i really don't want to hang out in a doctor's office and a two day work seminar scheduled for april 6th and 7th has been cancelled - no great loss.
also, i may be working from home if this continues. the sky is falling.
I'm waiting for the National Guard to roll into my town any day now.

shareWell that trip has gone down the drain. It was a cruise starting in Montreal and ending in NY. Canada has closed all of it's ports to all ships with over 500 people, including crew - so all cruise ships.
shareMy university informed us today that next week we will be studying online because of the corona virus. Fine by me, I get to stay home all week!
shareMy husband who is in a very high risk group is going to cancel his dentist appointment for tomorrow and he also has an eye appointment on Friday at a university medical center, so that is definitely is going to be rescheduled.
We had a nice birthday dinner with my son and grandson Friday night - glad we were able to do that before the restaurants closed.

I agree people need to calm down, but the first order of business is to stop the spread of the virus. That means social distance and no one being close to others or out in public unless it's absolutely necessary. A few weeks of that should do the trick, as long as everyone's doing their part to help.
