Just about every hockey fan loves Slap Shot. When I try to describe it to the uninitiated, all I can say is it's so stupid it's funny. If it were a Jim Carrey or Adam Sandler movie I don't think I would like it, but it has a low budget charm plus Paul Newman, so it's GOLD.
