What is the meaning behind your username?
Mine is pretty obvious and boring. How about you?
sharePeople here think my name is Joe. My real name doesn't even contain any of those letters. My username is a reference to the film Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels. It's the name of the pub that the main cast goes to when things go down.
shareJust looking at your username, I would picture you as a Pacific Islander.
shareJust has a cool ring to it, kind of mysterious and is one word. Also sounds like a good title for a Western or perhaps Film Noir.
shareMine is the name of my hometown. Haven't lived there in decades, but I still consider it my hometown. Fond memories of the place. And my dad lived there when he was young, too.
shareLove it. It sounds so nice. I live in GlenEllyn. Settle in.
shareThere's a Glen Ellen in Illinois. 😇
shareThat's the one. Glen Ellyn, Illinois. My dad's high school, Glenbard (now Glenbard West) was used in the film Lucas. We used to go sliding on the hill the high school sits on. We lived about a block and a half from the school. They used the Glen Ellyn theater in the film, too.
shareOh wow! It's been a while since I watched that movie. I remember it making me feel sad.
I always wondered when I saw your username if it had anything to do with the Glen Ellyn I know!
Hello (former) neighbor! 👋
Mine comes from when I was trying to come up with an email address and everything that I wanted was taken. So it's the six first letters of the words that I yelled at my cat at that moment. It wasn't taken, so it stuck.
shareMine is easy to work out.
