Is there a sequel that you LOVE...even though you can't stand part one?
sharei wouldn't say i loved it, but the sequel to 2014's ouija, called ouija origins of evil, is a competent, fun, entertaining horror film, while the original is bland & dull and not worth watching at all imo.
shareThis is a tough one. Most of the time the original is the best of the batch, and then for the original to be bad and the sequel good is quite rare.
Going to roll with Captain America: Winter Soldier. The original was a forgettable average action flick imo while the sequel was outstanding, especially the choreography in the action scenes.
Purge: Election year is better than original Purge. I wouldn't say Purge is bad movie at all, rather average that could be way better given script and actors.

I hate the first movie. We actually watched that crap in this cinema course I took and the professor went on and on about what was so great about it. No, pal. It sucks.

I'm nor sure it's a bad film, but I don't care for Evil Dead one bit, but EDII is an absolute masterpiece.

shareMad Max. While the first was interesting at the time, but if you watch it now it was just a low budget low quality movie. Basically just a "demo" for the stunts.
Mad Max II was way better as a movie.

shareI agree. Also, Mad Max 2 is on Amazon Prime Video for free right now, so I got the chance to enjoy it for the first time in years. Still a great movie.
