shareMJF is a big mystery. A+ level poster, got along everyone and then suddenly deleted all 3000 of his posts and disappeared.
shareI agree with this. When he appeared here and I began to see the quality of his input, it gave me hope that we could still attract good posters. I even shared this opinion via pm with another very good poster who is no longer here. Yeah, the manner in which he disappeared was a shock but I think, also somewhat revealing.

You mention Dazed. I re-read her post several times this past Sunday. The one where she notified us about Dewey 😇. She was hurting terribly, but she took the time to answer most of our shocked replies. I believe when he died there was a void for her on MC.
She has stated several times on FB that Dewey was all that was keeping her here. He confided in her, trusted her. She had promises to keep and then left.

shareYes, I remember for awhile there we had a lot of fun on the trivia boards with various games. Dewey idolized you and often queried about what had become of you. I'll see what I can do about tracking down that post.

They never really caught on much though did they? I remember it only being a handful of us keeping them alive. Dewey was always one. :( Wish he was still here.

shareWhy would you want to find them? Many of them are throwing temper tantrums because they made poor decisions or broke Moviechat rules and got banned lol. Talk about lack of self-awareness. There's nothing horrible about Moviechat.
They went over to the cult board where people get doxxed regularly. f***boards is a toxic shit site for predators. People avoid it like cancer because they don't want to be doxxed and cyber stalked. I asked admins there to remove doxxing, which goes against their rules, and they wouldn't even do it. People like that do not care about users or their privacy.
Every time I reported something to Moviechat mods they have always taken care of it. Moviechat is the best!
Believe it or not there are posters on MC who enjoyed the ones who have left. I may not, but I let folks know where 2 have gone. I would never register there. For me personally, and I know this will be repeated on that cess pool by a certain poster I really enjoyed when she was here, I feel the need to take a shower after rarely visiting over there. I don’t know what I did to make her so angry with me. She was funny and we had a lot of laughs. Sometimes cyber pals do disappoint.

I know what you mean. It’s a shock reading some of the vile and just outright bizarre things I’ve seen written about me over there, by people I never argued with when they were here. Sometimes I wonder if it’s really them because I’ve also seen posts there that were made by a fake TexasJack account.
