Does the ending of Abre los Ojos count? I guess not.
Early in Walkabout, and I believe the opening montage to Sunshine Cleaning.
But I'm not keen on showing suicide. Not prepared to go into what effect it has on people via on film, but intuitively I don't think it's good. Too much sensation. But I guess it's a way to jump start a film, like the opening of Jaws or Cliffhanger.
