Solid late 90s 1999 Italian pop tune, title means "Without Mercy", her surname (haha) is pronounced "O-ksa".

"Pon La Radio" by Ivan -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=04o1AhTfDaM&list=RDMM04o1AhTfDaM&start_radio=1
Great track, one of Ivan's very best.
"Pon la radio, pon la radio, y me escucharás.
Pon la radio, pon la radio, no lo pienses más.
Pon la radio, pon la radio, piensa un poco en mí.
Pon la radio, pon la radio, canto para ti."
The outro part is especially awesome -
"Radio cinco, radio dos, quién te dice siempre adiós.
Radio norte, radio sur, radio gente, radio tú.
Radio cinco, radio dos, quién te dice siempre adiós.
Radio norte, radio sur, canto para ti."
Spanish language, from his 1985 album "Baila" ("Dance" in Spanish.)
P.S. Not that I am in any way an admirer of either, in fact, the latter one I especially dislike overall (no offense to anyone) but I wouldn't be surprised if both Ricky Martin and Enrique Iglesias have given Ivan (I believe his name is pronounced "Eevan" like we do in Russia) a listen to at some point in their lives, especially his popular hits like "Baila" and "Fotonovela" and maybe even this one - "Pon la Radio" (the first word is pronounced "po", haha, not, you know) - which I believe means "Turn the Radio On" in Spanish.
Sounds very 80's synth-pop, I couldn't tell what the guy was singing about but crime thrillers used to use this sound during the big climactic scenes (Thief, To Live And Die In L.A. etc)
shareYeah, haha, but in such scenes and films it was mostly well known and popular music bands and artists like Wang Chung, Tangerine Dream, Shriekback etc etc etc. Ivan is mostly a cult artist, fairly popular perhaps in his homeland Spain and parts where Italo Disco music genre is/was popular, but not world famous. And Michael Mann probably wouldn't use him if he came across him as part of soundtrack in his movies.
