I got more of a nostalgic kick from the loudspeaker than I did from the song, hehe
shareYeah, the song's okay but I noticed Shoggy use the word bastard elsewhere and this song instantly came to mind and I always loved the "anti" video. All we see is the speaker and this guy's legs as he walks around the room, and that isn't very often either. And the end is a real kicker.
I've really come to feel that videos, more often than not, detract from the music they accompany. And I'm sure this isn't something that has never occurred to anyone before.
What did someone once say? Writing about music is like dancing about architecture?
So in the same sense, visual representations of songs often seem to miss the mark.
