Why do you keep thinking of it?
Mostly it's an Ear Worm from when I was a kid, but there is so much Hate in the air these days.
I see people over on Politics that talk crap about people they have no clue about and in the most disrespectful terms, and it's astounding. "Go ahead and hate your neighbor. Go ahead and cheat a friend. Do it in the name of Politics, you can justify it in the end." So an old song I remember seems rather relevant to today.
And like I said, it's bizarrely stuck with me all these years, for a song that wasn't that much of a hit in the long run.
