Good song
Weird they don't know the musicians or singer
You should come to my party. Some good tunes there:

I read your thread and I liked a lot of the music, great stuff (I just avoid the politics board in general)
Well done though👍

I posted Sweet Young Thing written by Mike Nesmith last night.
Seems pretty simple, right? Might even seem salacious, the objectification of this sweet, young THING with a breath of satisfaction following - "thing -aaah."
But it's rather clever, plain in some ways yet poetic in others. Pardon me but I feel the need. This is from memory so there may be discrepancies
I know that something very strange is happening to my brain
I'm either feeling very good or else I am insane
The seeds of doubt you planted have started to run wild
And I feel that I must yield before the wisdom of a child
People try to talk to me, their words are ugly sounds
But I resist all their attempts to try and bring me down
Turned on to the sunset like I've never been before
I listen for your footsteps and your knock upon the door
He even varies the refrain. The first refrain is rather simple but the second goes something like
And it's love you bring, beneath the bluest sky that the morning brings and I can see it in your eye
And all this with a raga arrangement and a beat old Uncle Joe could stomp to. Throw in a stop time for good measure, and it clocks in at only 2 minutes. I think it's great !
